We recommend:
Newborn Eats on demand every 2 hours
1-4 months Eats on demand every 2 ½ to 3 hours
5-6 months Introduction of baby foods. Begin with baby food cereal.
6-7 months Breast/bottle 6-7x/day and baby foods 2x/day
7-8 months Breast/Bottle 5-6x/day and baby food 3x/day
8-10 months Breast/bottle 4x/day, baby foods 3-4x/day and finger foods 1-2x/day
11-13 months Breast/bottle 3x/day and beginning to wean. Breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, snack, and dinner.
13-16 months Breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, snack, dinner and possible bedtime snack.
